The land has been in the family for 3 generations, it was originally owned by Angel Gabriel.  We have plans to continue building more guesthouses and cabins for tourists from all around the world.

The little guesthouse is a new construction built in 2024. It was designed and built by us entirely with tourists in mind as they arrive to Quito near the UIO airport.

Our little guesthouse (casita) is the perfect place to relax and take in the fresh air in Ecuador. This guesthouse is the perfect relaxing stopover for tourists to recharge while traveling near UIO airport.

Our little guesthouse has a small living room area and kitchen, as well as a bedroom and another sleeping area above in the loft for additional family or guests.

We are located in a very private and safe neighborhood. 

As of January 2025, the electrical outages have stopped as the drought conditions have subsided.
